I taught chemistry at Los Angeles High School in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2021. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

You taught me chemistry in 2013 at Los Angeles High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
