Leonardo Joaquim Barbosa

23 years teaching physical education in Rio de Janeiro

  • 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Starlight Girls' School
  • 2003 to 2021
  • Portuguese, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Leonardo

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
