Leonardo J. Lara
Drums player and teacher in Iztapalapa
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Summit Quartet
- Since 2005
- Spanish
I play drums and sitar. I started in 2005 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 8 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Leonardo
I write my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Leonardo: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
