Leonardo H. Hernández
Mentor in writing and recovery
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Bogotá Association
- 1990 to 1998
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Bogotá Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
