Leonardo A. Cortés
13 years teaching Spanish in Memphis
- 🇺🇸 Memphis, Tennessee, United States
- Since 1993
- English, Spanish
Memphis Middle School is my second home. I teach Spanish there since 1993, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Over the years I've had 860 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Leonardo
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Leonardo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
