Helping people break into engineering
- 🇩🇪 Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
- St. Joseph's Youth Network
- 1986 to 1996
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through St. Joseph's Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Leon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
