I taught French at Sakura Middle School in Salem from 2014 to 2023. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Leo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Leo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
