Helping people break into small business
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States

- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Sacramento Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Leo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Leo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
