Helping people break into engineering
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,700 people through Holy Cross Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Leo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Leo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
