Leo E. Foster
Self-taught watercolor artist
- 🇺🇸 Arlington, Texas, United States

- 1983 to 2020
- English, Spanish
I got into watercolor as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day.
I also teach a weekly class at Arlington Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
