I've worked in baking since 1979. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,690 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Leo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Leo: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
