I taught biology at Cedar Grove Girls' School in Cologne from 1986 to 2023. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 1,590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Lena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Lena: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
