I work mostly in textiles, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1985 at The Mount Pleasant Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
What gifts mean to Lena: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
