Helping people break into design
- 🇵🇱 Katowice, Silesia, Poland

For 14 years I've mentored people in design and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Lena
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Lena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
