Lemlem Sosina Desta

Painting and decorating, done properly

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • The Addis Ababa Shop
  • 2002 to 2016
  • English, Amharic
I've worked in painting and decorating from 2002 to 2016. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Lemlem: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
