Lemlem Selamawit Nigussie

French teacher at Mekelle Secondary School, Since 2009

For 17 years I have been the French teacher at Mekelle Secondary School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Lemlem

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
