For nine years I was the mathematics teacher at Cairo Primary School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Leila
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Leila: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
