Coached chess for 14 years in Casablanca

I've coached chess at Casablanca Football Club since 2012. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.
