For 33 years I've run the wrestling program at Kingston Good Shepherd Swimming Club in Kingston. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
