Leandro Fernando Melo
Mentor in farming and law school
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Niterói Foundation
- Since 1980
- Portuguese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,010 people through Niterói Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Leandro: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
