I'm a athletics coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 910 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Leah
If you played for me, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
What gifts mean to Leah: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
