Leah L. Schultz

Volunteer mentor with Kingsway Community Trust

  • 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
  • Kingsway Community Trust
  • Since 1997
  • English
For 29 years I've mentored people in nursing and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Leah

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
