Baking for ten years in Hamilton

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1991 in Hamilton and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Leah: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
