Léa Solène Charles
Coached wrestling for 17 years in Grenoble
- 🇫🇷 Grenoble, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
- Grenoble Athletic Club
- 1988 to 2005
- English, French
For 17 years I ran the wrestling program at Grenoble Athletic Club in Grenoble. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Léa
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You coached me in 2012. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Thiruvananthapuram.
