Helping people break into leadership
- 🇩🇪 Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 790 people through Dortmund Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Lea: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
