Helping people break into leadership
- 🇫🇷 Montpellier, Occitanie, France
- Queensway Community Trust
- 1983 to 2007
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 820 people through Queensway Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Léa
