Léa Charlotte Barre
Engineering mentor, Montpellier
- 🇫🇷 Montpellier, Occitanie, France
- 2012 to 2024
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Montpellier Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Léa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Léa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
