Laxman Bijay Newar
Self-taught watercolor artist
- 🇳🇵 Butwal, Lumbini, Nepal
- Gateway Art Collective
- Since 2008
- English
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes illustration. My first show was in 2008 at Gateway Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I make terrible puns.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
