I'm a mentor in recovery. I've spent my career as a postal worker and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Laxman
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Laxman: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
