Lawrence P. McDonald

Mentor in first-generation students and small business

  • 🇨🇦 Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
  • Kelowna Association
  • Since 2000
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,170 people through Kelowna Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.
