Lawrence Moran
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- Little San Francisco Trades Guild
- Since 1979
- English
I've worked in baking since 1979. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 2,540 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Lawrence: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
