I'm a blacksmithing specialist. If you live around Accra, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Lawrence
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lawrence: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 1988 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Jakarta.
