Lawrence H. McCoy
Mentor in careers and small business
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Lakeview Youth Network
- 2001 to 2011
- English
For ten years I've mentored people in careers and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Lawrence
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Lawrence: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
