Lawrence Griffin
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Little Orchid Workshop
- Since 1982
- English
I've worked in pottery since 1982. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 840 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Lawrence
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lawrence: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
