Lawrence B. Quarles
Flute player and teacher in Cincinnati
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
- Cincinnati Hillcrest Orchestra
- 1984 to 2021
- English
I play flute and brass band. I started in 1984 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Lawrence: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
