Lavinia Monica Radu
Volunteer mentor with Liberty Youth Network
- 🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
- Liberty Youth Network
- 2006 to 2021
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Liberty Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lavinia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lavinia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
