I coached football at Mumbai Our Lady of Peace Boxing Gym from 1982 to 1990. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
