I've coached rugby at Nashik Boxing Gym since 2017. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lavanya
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
