Baking for 47 years in Marseille
- 🇫🇷 Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France
- Marseille Repairs
- Since 1979
- English, French
I've worked in baking since 1979. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 2,120 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
What gifts mean to Laurent: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
