Lauren T. Wheeler
Retired biology teacher from Los Angeles Grammar School
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- 1995 to 2009
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
More about Lauren
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Lauren: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
