Lauren R. Armstrong

Rowing and fitness coach, Jacksonville

  • 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
  • St. Joseph's Community Club
  • 2001 to 2020
  • English
I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,140 kids fall in love with the game. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
