For 13 years I ran the cycling program at Fresno Brookfield Swimming Club in Fresno. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Lauren
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Lauren: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
