Helping people break into careers

For 14 years I've mentored people in careers and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lauren
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Lauren: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
