I've coached volleyball at Oakwood Youth Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Laura
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Laura: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
