Laura Schmid
Farming mentor, Leipzig
- 🇩🇪 Leipzig, Saxony, Germany
- Leipzig Association
- Since 1985
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 740 people through Leipzig Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Laura: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
