Chaplain and community helper
- 🇺🇸 Joliet, Illinois, United States

I've served Liberty Temple in Joliet from 2013 to 2025. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally.
We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Laura: I'd put gifts toward the youth program.
