Laura M. Franco
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices

- 1986 to 1998
- Spanish
I'm a painting and decorating specialist. If you live around San Cristóbal de las Casas, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Laura
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Laura: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
