Ann Arbor Middle School was my second home. I taught special education there from 1998 to 2019, mostly first-year students.
Over the years I had 1,050 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Laura
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
