Laura F. Chávez
25 years teaching linguistics at Flint College
- 🇺🇸 Flint, Michigan, United States
- Flint College
- Since 2001
- English, Spanish
I teach linguistics at Flint College since 2001, and supervised 41 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Laura
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Laura: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
