Helping people break into leadership
- 🇦🇷 Mendoza, Mendoza, Argentina
- Mendoza Community Trust
- Since 2008
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Mendoza Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
